4. การจัดเก็บไฟล์

5. บริการ Google API

1. Introduction

Welcome to UpSheet Pro (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Google Sheets™ Add-on.

By using UpSheet Pro, you consent to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to operate the service:

Email: to verify license entitlement and for support communication.
Usage data: aggregated or de-identified statistics to improve the product (for example, feature usage counts).
License status: subscription state and plan tier to control feature access.

3. What we do not collect

We want to be explicit that we do not:

Read the contents of your spreadsheets.
Access files you upload beyond what Google APIs require to attach them to your sheet.
Store your files on our infrastructure.
Sell your personal information to third parties.

4. File storage

      Important: Files you upload through UpSheet Pro are stored directly in your Google Drive™ in folders you control. We do not copy your files to external servers.
    

When you upload:

Files are uploaded to your Google Drive™.
References are stored in your spreadsheet.
You remain the owner of your data.

5. Google APIs

UpSheet Pro uses Google APIs. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

6. Permissions (OAuth scopes)

We request the minimum scopes required, including (as applicable):

Google Drive™ (drive.file): create and manage attachment folders and files created by the add-on — not your entire Drive.
Google Sheets™ (spreadsheets): read/write sheet data needed to attach files to cells.
UI (script.container.ui): show sidebars and dialogs inside Sheets.
Script storage (script.storage): store add-on settings via Apps Script Properties.
Email (userinfo.email): identify the current user for licensing and admin controls.

      Least privilege: We use drive.file so UpSheet Pro can access only files and folders it creates — not your private Drive library.
    

7. Security

We use appropriate safeguards, including HTTPS/TLS for data in transit, and we follow industry best practices aligned with Google’s platform guidance.

8. Retention

License records: retained for the subscription period plus a short grace window (for example, up to 30 days) for operational needs.
Usage analytics: aggregated or de-identified within a limited period (for example, 90 days).
Your files: remain in your Google Drive™ under your control.

9. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing. You can also uninstall the add-on and revoke access at any time.

10. Third-party services

Google Workspace Marketplace: distribution and licensing.
Google Drive™ / Google Sheets™: core platform services.

11. Children

UpSheet Pro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post updates on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
