❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Where are my files stored?
All files are stored in YOUR Google Drive, in a folder called "UpSheetPro_[SpreadsheetName]". We never store your files on our servers. You maintain full ownership and control.
What file types can I upload?
You can upload any file type that Google Drive supports, including documents, images, PDFs, videos, zip files, and more. Maximum file size depends on your subscription plan.
What happens to my files if I uninstall UpSheet Pro?
Your files remain safely in your Google Drive. Uninstalling UpSheet Pro does not delete your files. You can still access them directly from Google Drive.
Can multiple people use UpSheet Pro on the same spreadsheet?
Yes! UpSheet Pro works with shared spreadsheets. Each user with edit access can upload and view files. Admin features are restricted to spreadsheet owners and designated admins.
What is Table Mode vs Simple Mode?
Table Mode (Recommended): Files are attached to data rows using unique Row IDs. This means files stay with the correct row even after sorting or filtering.
Simple Mode: Files are attached to specific cell locations (e.g., B5). If you sort or filter, files may appear to be in the wrong row.
